🔹 Who is Covered?

This Limited Warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser. No third-party sales will be covered. To claim this warranty, the original retail purchaser must provide proof of purchase.
⚠️ Non-transferable – This warranty applies only to the original buyer and cannot be transferred to another person.

🛠️ What Does This Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty ensures that all main parts of the bicycle are free of defects in workmanship and materials.

What Must You Do to Keep This Warranty Valid?

To maintain warranty eligibility, you must:

  • Proper Assembly: Ensure the bicycle is fully and correctly assembled.
  • Proper Use: Use the bicycle as intended, under normal conditions, by a rider who fits and is capable of controlling it.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and necessary adjustments to keep the bicycle in good working condition.

What is NOT Covered by This Warranty?

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Labor or transportation charges for repairs or part replacements.
  • Normal wear & tear items, including:
    • 🟡 Tires
    • 🟡 Tubes
    • 🟡 Grips
    • 🟡 Cables
    • 🟡 Saddle coverings
    • 🟡 Chains
    • 🟡 Seats
    • 🟡 Brake pads
  • ❌ Damage caused by:
    • Accidents
    • Improper assembly, maintenance, or adjustment
    • Improper storage
    • Misuse or abuse of the bicycle

🚫 What Will Void Your Warranty?

Your warranty will be voided if the bicycle is:

  • 🚫 Used in any competitive sport
  • 🚫 Used for stunts, jumps, or acrobatic activities
  • 🚫 Modified with a motor or any other alterations
  • 🚫 Used by more than one rider at a time
  • 🚫 Rented or used for commercial purposes
  • 🚫 Used in a manner that contradicts the instructions in the Owner’s Manual

How Long Does the Warranty Last?

  • 🟢 Frame Warranty: Lifetime coverage for frame weld points (under normal use).
  • 🟢 Fork Warranty: Lifetime coverage for fork weld points (under normal use).
  • 🟢 Other Components: 6-month warranty for all other parts (when properly assembled and used normally).

Note:
A “Lifetime Warranty” on the frame and fork does NOT mean it will last forever. The bicycle’s useful life depends on factors like riding conditions, care, storage, and maintenance.

💡 What Will DOOK Do?

If a frame, fork, or other components are found to be defective, DOOK will:
1️⃣ Replace the frame, fork, or defective part at no cost with an identical or functionally equivalent part.
2️⃣ Labor and transportation charges for warranty work are NOT covered.
